Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will lead the controlling function, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the site. This role supports the financial health of the business by monitoring performance against plans and maintaining compliance with local laws and Group Valeo standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare elements for reporting, budgeting, business planning and forecasts.
• Analyse actual results versus forecast and budget on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the site ERP system.
• Guarantee reliability of site gross margin and related expenses during the closing process.
• Manage the controlling department to drive efficient and profitable operations while adhering to local regulations and Group standards (MAF, LSF).
• Alert the Financial Controller immediately of any significant risks to the company or its employees.
• Coordinate with Product Lines or Regional Operations to ensure correct operation of GPS modules.
• Continuously improve knowledge of the IS module through Comp@ss day and Comp@ss Academy.
• Approve e‑procurement requests.
• Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by respecting the code of ethics and Valeo policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
• Experience in managing a controlling team and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Proactive risk awareness and the ability to communicate issues promptly.
• Ability to collaborate with product and regional teams to support operational needs.
