TPRM Operations Analyst

About the role

The TPRM Operations Analyst supports the end‑to‑end third‑party risk management lifecycle, ensuring qualification assessments, onboarding, monitoring and off‑boarding are executed accurately and on schedule. Reporting to the Global Third Party Risk Management Lead, the analyst provides day‑to‑day operational execution, user support and helps keep the risk platform running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee TPRM lifecycle activities (intake, assessment, monitoring, off‑boarding) and track request progress against SLAs.
• Act as escalation point and provide user support for Category Managers, Relationship Owners and business users.
• Maintain TPRM tracking logs, dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and audit‑ready documentation.
• Analyze operational trends, identify bottlenecks and propose workflow or process improvements.
• Support small‑to‑medium TPRM enhancements, coordinate project milestones and communicate risks to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Risk/Compliance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, Risk/Compliance or a similar function.

• Data analysis for operational reporting and trend analysis
