About the role
We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead the GPO organisation as a senior buyer for the indirect category, focusing on Lab Capex and MRO procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial relations with existing suppliers and develop new strategic business partners.
- Effectively manage the sourcing cycle with speed, accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
- Deliver cost improvements and achieve set targets and goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in indirect (MRO) procurement.
- Graduation in Engineering.
- Competencies: Innovation & Creativity, Strategic Agility, Result Orientation, Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Customer Centricity, Developing Talent, Process Excellence.
