Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support to Managing Directors and Partners. The role focuses on optimizing their time, handling confidential information, and supporting a range of business activities across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for MDs and Partners, offering alternatives and timely reminders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics, ground transportation, and visa processing.
• Proactively follow up on emails and determine next steps from a scheduling perspective.
• Maintain and update client contact databases with accuracy.
• Answer and screen telephone calls, including handling cold calls for the practice area.
• Support business development activities and case work preparation.
• Collaborate with other secretaries in India and provide backup support as needed.
