Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Product Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Product Quality Engineer to lead quality audits and ensure compliance for diesel fuel injection components at our Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and supervise product and process quality audits in accordance with plant SOPs.
• Release blocked and re‑qualify SLE parts for production, managing risk and concession processes.
• Oversee daily MIS audit coverage and ensure timely release of audit results.
• Participate in plant‑to‑plant supply meetings, drive corrective actions and monitor audit findings.
• Process IQIS claims and respond to customer and plant incidents, including PPM and 8D reports within defined timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality audit procedures, risk assessment and concession handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple plants and with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
