Senior Director – Product Management & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to take full ownership of product management, engineering and delivery for a portfolio of customer‑facing web and mobile solutions. You will act as the single point of responsibility for the client, balancing ongoing project delivery with the identification of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement and account growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery using Agile methodology, overseeing grooming, sprint planning, testing, release and maintenance.
• Coordinate pre‑sales activities, proposal development and commercial decisions.
• Drive product requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation with modern engineering practices.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and cost control for multiple projects.
• Mentor and motivate teams of 40+ members, fostering continuous skill improvement.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience in product management, engineering and delivery.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and large cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile ceremonies and portfolio management.
