About the role

The Senior Director of People and Culture will steer B Lab’s cultural evolution as the organization undergoes a dual transformation of its standards and global structure. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that people‑focused practices remain at the heart of change, fostering a unified, high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of people systems that scale globally while preserving B Lab’s core values.
• Maintain and strengthen employee experience throughout the transformation, ensuring cultural continuity across regions.
• Harmonise HR practices across jurisdictions, adapting to local employment regulations where required.
• Develop inclusive talent acquisition, development pathways, and equitable compensation frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed a people‑first mindset in new ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a multinational or rapidly scaling organization.
• Track record of guiding culture and people systems through major transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of global employment law and ability to balance standardisation with local adaptation.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, purpose‑driven workplaces.
