Senior Director – Healthcare Real Estate & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead the origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions across India. This senior leadership position will drive high‑value strategic deals within a global real‑estate advisory and investment services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of transactions involving hospitals, diagnostics, life‑science assets, and medical infrastructure.
• Manage end‑to‑end investment deals, including M&A, joint ventures, platform investments, asset monetisation, and lease structures.
• Build financial models, conduct investment analysis, and evaluate complex transaction structures to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, healthcare operators, developers, private‑equity funds, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate external advisors, and drive deals from origination through closure.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or capital markets.
• Strong background in healthcare investments, healthcare M&A, real estate, infrastructure, or asset‑monetisation transactions.
• Tier‑1 MBA preferred; CA or CFA qualification is an added advantage.
