Senior Director, Health Delivery

About the role

The Health Delivery Senior Director leads the end‑to‑end health service experience for a portfolio of client organizations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role coordinates internal teams to drive adoption of Health & Welfare solutions and ensures seamless delivery aligned with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client’s advocate, overseeing seamless HW delivery and integration across all solution teams.
• Lead governance practices to maintain operational oversight and delivery excellence.
• Build and deepen client relationships by providing proactive insights and tailored solutions.
• Coach and mentor HW team members to foster high performance.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Achieve profitability, operational effectiveness, compliance, and client‑satisfaction targets.
• Participate in sales activities, present to prospects, and support new‑business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate financial forecasting and fiscal accountability.
• Oversee client contracts to protect margins, ensure SLA compliance, and manage E&O matters.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for rollout of new products and services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Health & Welfare, with exposure to diverse client environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive transformation.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and servant‑leadership style.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week on a UK or US EST shift.
