Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive LEGO’s digital agenda across India and Emerging Asia. You will shape and execute integrated campaigns that inspire both kids and adults, expanding the brand’s reach and consumer base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing strategy, translating global and regional plans into local initiatives for priority markets.
• Develop and execute OESP‑based campaigns (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Design media plans that leverage local digital trends and collaborate with the agency of record (Publicis).
• Enhance LEGO’s presence on owned platforms such as LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram and SEM channels.
• Manage the LEGO Group’s social media accounts and content calendar for India, creating timely content for local events.
• Support retail partners with digital campaign guidance aligned to the brand activation calendar.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and central LEGO teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor performance, conduct After‑Action Reviews and benchmark against other business units.
• Maintain relationships with external agency partners.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably within branded‑goods sectors such as fashion, luxury, FMCG, sports or beverages.
• Strong strategic and integrated thinking with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to translate global strategies into local digital priorities.
• Results‑oriented, analytical and comfortable testing hypotheses.
• Future‑focused, aware of emerging digital trends.
• Excellent collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills.
