Senior Designer

About the role
The Senior Designer will support the preparation of plumbing and public health engineering system designs, ensuring functional efficiency and compliance with relevant codes. This role involves close collaboration with civil and architectural teams to deliver reliable water supply, drainage, and stormwater solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare layout drawings for water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems.
- Assist in sizing pipes, tanks, and pumps to meet project specifications.
- Support the creation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), design drawings, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate routing and integration with civil and architectural disciplines.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in plumbing design.
- Proficiency in English and the local language for on‑site coordination.
- Experience with AutoCAD and basic hydraulic design tools.
Required skills
- AutoCAD for drafting and design.
- Basic hydraulic design tools for pipe and equipment sizing.
- Fire system layout preparation and understanding of related equipment.
