Senior Designer – Accessories

About the role

The Senior Designer – Accessories will lead the design development of bags and leather goods for a buying house. This role requires a strong fashion sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept creation and design development for accessories, including bags and leather goods.
• Select appropriate leather and non‑leather materials, hardware, and construction techniques.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain design standards and ensure delivery of high‑quality, market‑ready products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in accessories design, preferably with international brand exposure.
• Proven ability to translate fashion trends into functional accessory designs.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in material and hardware selection.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
