Senior Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to design, build and maintain secure IT systems that protect our critical data. The role leads complex security projects, mentors junior staff and acts as a bridge between technical teams and business leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor networks and systems using SIEM, firewalls and endpoint protection tools to detect suspicious activity.
• Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans and penetration testing, and remediate identified flaws.
• Investigate security incidents, conduct digital forensics, determine root causes and drive recovery actions.
• Design and implement security architectures, encryption protocols and role‑based access controls across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Develop and enforce organization‑wide security policies and ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech, MCA/BCA or equivalent with a cyber‑security certification.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in information security.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru, Mumbai or Pune.
