About the role
We are looking for a Senior Counter Staff to manage daily operations at our retail outlet. The role involves handling walk‑in transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and professional environment for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cash tally with zero outstanding balance each day for walk‑in customers.
- Calibrate the weighing scale and record the calibration before 10 am.
- Maintain adequate stock of flyers, smart boxes and easy‑express boxes through the store ordering process.
- Apply 5S retail brand guidelines and take proactive measures to resolve any upkeep issues.
- Ensure uniform cleanliness and personal grooming standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Drive growth in revenue, shipments, international sales, TDD, CCE and SMART box metrics for the year.
Required profile
- Not currently placed on a Performance Improvement Plan or under disciplinary action.
- Graduation in any stream.
