About the role
TripJack is seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of key corporate accounts in India. You will join a fast‑moving team that is building the next phase of its corporate travel platform, working closely with leadership and delivery teams to craft solutions that match evolving client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new corporate accounts, focusing on large and mid‑market segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including onboarding, operations, finance, and product—to design and deliver tailored travel solutions.
- Navigate complex buying cycles across Admin, HR, Procurement, and CXO functions.
- Drive revenue targets in a metrics‑focused, process‑oriented environment.
- Maintain a builder’s mindset, taking ownership of initiatives where processes are still being defined.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 + years of corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate travel management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and scaling large or mid‑market corporate accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure strategic, long‑term partnerships.
- Comfortable thriving in dynamic, ambiguous environments and working cross‑functionally.
