Senior Consultant – SAP PPM

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead the design, architecture and delivery of SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for product and project lifecycles. Reporting to senior management, the role combines technical expertise with client‑facing responsibilities to ensure high‑quality, future‑ready implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop end‑to‑end SAP PPM solutions supporting product, project and sustenance delivery.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP PPM, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and adopt new technologies to keep solutions current and aligned with quality standards and client requirements.
• Train and mentor team members to build a skilled workforce and mitigate delivery risks.
• Gather detailed specifications, translate them into functional solutions, and deliver them to the client organization.
• Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with scope, schedule and quality criteria.
• Identify and recommend value‑creation initiatives and implement industry best practices for the technology.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP PPM implementation and consultancy.
• Strong ability to design and deliver complex solution architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise as an SME and capability to train and develop junior staff.
• Excellent analytical skills to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
