Senior Consultant - Business Consulting PI - TMT - CNS - BC - Finance

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Business Consulting practice in Bangalore, within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) and CNS (Consulting, Strategy & Network) area. The role sits in the Finance Consulting track, which helps clients transform their finance function to improve performance and effectiveness, and supports large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance transformation initiatives across core finance processes, operating models and target-state design
• Support GCC setup engagements, including location strategy, governance and transition planning
• Assess current-state finance functions and define improvement opportunities aligned to business objectives
• Develop process documentation, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans for finance programmes
• Structure analyses, synthesise findings and support solution development in consulting engagements

Required profile

• MBA qualification
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
• Practical approach to solving complex problems, with agility, curiosity and adaptability
