Senior Civil Tender Manager

About the role

URC Construction Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior civil tender professional to lead end‑to‑end tendering activities for large‑scale building and EPC projects. The role combines technical estimation, commercial evaluation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver competitive bids.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full civil tendering cycle, including technical and commercial evaluation of projects.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), perform quantity take‑offs, cost estimation and rate analysis.
• Develop accurate and competitive project estimates and tender submissions.
• Plan tender‑stage resources, identify vendors, and coordinate sub‑vendors/sub‑contractors.
• Review estimation reports, cost comparisons and bid documents.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
• Conduct vendor follow‑up, evaluate quotations and perform commercial comparisons.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate teams and ensure timely delivery of tender packages.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6–15 years of experience in civil tendering, estimation or cost engineering.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building or EPC construction projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
