About the role

Urban Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Category Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across multiple service categories in India. You will own the business performance for your assigned geographies, ensuring a superior experience for both customers and partner service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Scale category volumes and revenues across geographies while maintaining high customer and partner satisfaction.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence for the assigned cities.
• Lead central growth initiatives such as sustainable profitable growth, building customer and partner love at scale, and team leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute strategies swiftly and robustly.
• Act as the owner of the business unit, influencing its direction and outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and projects, influencing outcomes.
• Strong track record of delivering results under tight timelines.
• High energy, challenge‑oriented mindset.
