Senior Canteen Manager

About the role

The Senior Canteen Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end management and administration of the canteen and pantry services at Bosch's Bidadi plant. The role ensures the delivery of high‑quality, healthy, and tasty food to employees, customers and visitors while continuously improving the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead menu engineering and costing activities, analysing consumption patterns and optimizing menus for taste, quality and cost efficiency.
• Supervise food preparation and delivery, enforce SOPs, and ensure FIFO compliance to maintain food quality.
• Monitor and control cost per head, driving cost‑saving initiatives without compromising standards.
• Document all canteen management activities and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee seamless operations and a smooth supply chain.
• Coach and develop the canteen team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale canteen or food‑service operations, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumption data and cost metrics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide staff and collaborate with other departments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance documentation.
