Senior C++ Developer / Tech Lead – ADAS

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced C++ professional to lead the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, focusing on safety‑critical software that complies with global automotive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate ADAS software components using modern C++ (C++11).
• Develop behavior‑model functions such as behavior prediction, potential object selection, predictive modeling, and criticality assessment.
• Ensure compliance with ADAS standards including NCAP, ISO 26262, and UNECE regulations (R79, R152, R157).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define software architecture and design patterns.
• Write and maintain unit tests using Google Test and support continuous integration.
• Utilize version‑control tools (GitHub) and Atlassian suite (JIRA, Bitbucket) for code management and tracking.

Required profile

• B.E. or M.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6‑10 years of professional experience in C++ development for automotive or safety‑critical domains.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• C++11 and advanced C++ concepts (templates, STL, containers, lambda functions, exception handling, memory management, data structures, algorithms).
• Python scripting for test automation and tooling.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADAS development and standards (NCAP, ISO 26262, UNECE R79, R152, R157).
• Experience with behavior‑model functions (behavior prediction, potential object selection, predictive modeling, criticality assessment).
• Proficiency with GitHub, Google Test, JIRA, Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with MATLAB scripting and software design patterns.
