Senior C++ Developer – Advanced Systems

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior C++ Engineer to join its advanced measurement and simulation team in Bangalore. You will work on high‑performance automotive software, handling complex data formats and distributed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ codebases using modern standards (C++11/14/17/20).
• Implement support for measurement data formats such as ASAM MDF 3.x/4.x and HDF5.
• Build and integrate distributed components with ZeroC Ice.
• Optimize multi‑threaded applications using std::thread, pthreads and concurrency techniques.
• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines, Conan package management, and Linux development environments.
• Contribute to discrete event simulation (DES) and just‑in‑time compilation using LLVM.

Required profile

• 4–12 years of professional C++ development experience.
• Strong understanding of STL, Boost and modern C++ best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux, git and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with automotive logging and calibration protocols (ASAP2, XCP, BLF, DBC).
