Senior Business Technologist – AI Solutions for Deals

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior Business Technologist to drive AI‑enabled transformation across its Deals practice. You will work closely with partners, directors and deal teams to reimagine how transactions are analysed, executed and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI use cases across deal workflows such as due diligence, financial analysis, reporting, CIM creation and data‑room management.
• Design, prototype and implement AI‑powered solutions that automate and enhance these processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Promote adoption of AI tools and best practices across the Deals advisory team.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to ensure solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technology‑focused roles within advisory, consulting or deal‑related environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering AI or data‑analytics projects at scale.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
