Senior Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a 365‑day, 360‑degree brand narrative across retail, digital, mass media and experiential channels. The role demands strategic thinking, end‑to‑end campaign ownership and close collaboration with sales, product and digital teams to drive market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that integrates retail, digital, mass media and experiential marketing.
• Lead high‑impact campaign execution across stores, catchment areas and mass media, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
• Drive new brand launches, including positioning, go‑to‑market strategy and communication roll‑outs.
• Develop brand‑owned properties, activations and consumer engagement programs to boost brand recall.
• Oversee creation of compelling content for digital, social and offline channels in partnership with creative and media teams.
• Utilise consumer research, competitive analysis and campaign intelligence to refine strategies and optimise media spend.
• Set KPIs, track ROI and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of three Assistant Brand Managers and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and communication.
• Ability to develop and execute 365‑day, 360‑degree brand narratives.
• Track record of leading high‑impact campaigns and successful brand launches.
• Strong analytical mindset for ROI measurement and campaign intelligence.
• Experience managing and mentoring a small team.
