Senior Backend Engineer (.NET Core)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer specialized in .NET Core to join our global RIB team. This hands‑on role involves designing and delivering high‑performance, cloud‑native services while mentoring engineers across all seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core (8.0+).
• Build microservices‑based APIs aligned with the EcoTools platform architecture.
• Develop secure, high‑performance REST APIs consumed by micro‑frontend applications.
• Contribute to backend architecture decisions, including service design, API standards, authentication, and data‑access patterns.
• Integrate services with platform components such as authentication, messaging, logging, and shared Unify modules.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and platform teams for seamless integration.
• Implement unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipeline automation.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
