Senior Associate – SAP FICO (Enterprise Apps) – Advisory – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Gurgaon. You will work as a SAP FI consultant, helping clients implement and support S/4HANA finance solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP finance projects, from preparation and design to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, configuration, testing and documentation for FI‑AR, FI‑AP, GL, New GL, FI‑AA, bank accounting and controlling modules.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP applications.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, delivering creative solutions that meet client objectives.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP finance implementation and support projects.
• Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA finance modules.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team.
