Senior Associate – SAP BASIS Administration (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory practice in Mumbai. You will work with a team of consultants to help clients optimise their SAP landscape, ensuring reliable operation and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain SAP systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, PI/PO and Solution Manager.
• Perform system copies, client administration and transport management.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks and apply patches, support packages and kernel upgrades.
• Provide day‑to‑day Application Management Services (AMS) support for production and non‑production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with functional and technical teams, and ensure smooth integration of SAP components.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in SAP BASIS administration, preferably in a consulting or advisory setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
