Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion Finance

About the role

PwC’s Business Applications practice is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Oracle Finance team in Bengaluru. You will work on Oracle Fusion Finance projects, helping clients configure, implement and optimise the Oracle Financials suite to meet their strategic and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Configure and implement core finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management) within Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client finance teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to ensure end‑to‑end integration and compliance.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with at least one full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and Oracle Financials functionality.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
