Senior Associate – Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations

About the role

PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics team is seeking a Senior Associate to help clients transform their technology landscape across front‑, back‑ and mid‑office functions. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI, delivering strategy‑led, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑intensity workshops to capture and refine business requirements.
• Develop and deliver solution demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Support proposal creation and statement‑of‑work development, including effort and cost estimation.
• Participate in 3‑4 large‑scale implementations or equivalent projects.
• Identify performance bottlene‑cks and propose creative technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to coach clients and multidisciplinary teams through technical and process change.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
