Senior Associate – Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing, architecting, and delivering high‑performance, scalable cloud applications for advisory clients. You will act as a technical leader, guiding end‑to‑end implementations across backend, frontend and deployment layers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical implementations, covering backend services, frontend interfaces, integration layers and production support.
• Design and deliver secure, resilient, high‑performance cloud applications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Build and modernise backend micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React.js and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Implement containerised deployment pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes) and drive cloud‑native modernization.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and promote best practices in Agile environments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building micro‑services.
• Strong frontend development skills with React.js.
• Experience delivering cloud‑native applications and managing containerised deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
