Senior Associate – Java Developer (Advisory)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will work as a full‑stack engineer, designing, building and modernising cloud‑native applications for a range of clients, helping them improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical implementations, covering backend microservices, frontend interfaces and integration layers.
• Design, architect and deliver scalable, secure and high‑performance cloud applications that align with enterprise standards.
• Develop and modernise backend services using Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Implement responsive user experiences with React.js.
• Drive containerised deployment and cloud‑native modernization initiatives.
• Provide production support readiness and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
