Senior Associate GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade agentic AI solutions. The role blends cutting‑edge generative AI engineering with robust backend practices, delivering production‑ready, secure, and scalable systems for advisory clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen.
• Develop and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for accurate information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation and safety testing frameworks for AI agents.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for agent behaviour.
• Document best practices and contribute to the evolution of agent architecture.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in AI or data‑analytics engineering.
• Strong background in building cloud‑native, microservice‑based applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within multidisciplinary advisory teams.
