Senior Associate – Financial Services Consulting (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Consulting practice in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering strategic advisory services to banks, NBFCs, payments firms and asset managers, helping clients grow, optimise costs and enter new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of financial services clients across Banking, NBFC, Payments and Asset Management.
• Identify consulting opportunities, prepare winning proposals and convert them into engagements.
• Lead delivery of advisory projects covering growth strategy, new‑business set‑up, cost optimisation, sales productivity and market entry.
• Achieve business development and engagement delivery targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior partners to shape practice growth and generate follow‑up opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in management consulting or advisory within the financial services sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage client relationships.
• Proven track record of generating and winning consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
