Senior Associate Finance Transformation Analyst – BlackLine Support

About the role

PWC is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join its Finance Transformation team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on providing functional and production support for BlackLine as part of finance‑close automation initiatives, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional and production support for BlackLine, handling missing GL entries, payment failures, access issues, and account sync problems.
• Support cash reconciliation and financial close activities across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain BlackLine‑ERP integrations, with a focus on Oracle.
• Coordinate with finance, IT, and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with enhancements, testing, and change requests using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Maintain up‑to‑date support documentation and process knowledge.

• Experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in a senior associate capacity, managing complex support scenarios.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
