About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice, focusing on Operations Management and emerging technology services. In this role you will help clients identify, prioritize and integrate new technologies that address their business challenges and drive innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems from strategy through execution.
- Analyse industry and sector trends, using a variety of tools to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and present recommendations for technology integration, process improvement and skill development.
- Provide coaching and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their growth.
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables by reviewing work for accuracy, relevance and alignment with client objectives.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.
Required profile
- Strong critical‑thinking abilities and comfort with unstructured problems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑awareness and commitment to continuous personal development.
- Willingness to travel up to 40 % and work in varied environments.
