Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

ARCHI GREEN DESIGN STUDIO is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join its Pune office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will lead the creation of innovative, eco‑friendly designs for bungalows and resorts, ensuring every project meets high aesthetic standards while minimizing carbon impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and resort projects.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation, and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and planning teams to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Oversee design execution, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals, industry standards, and project timelines.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail throughout all design phases.

Required profile

• Proficiency in architectural design and preparation of construction drawings.
• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and relevant industry standards.
• Demonstrated project leadership, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
