Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and planning for real estate and construction projects in Hyderabad. The role involves design development, coordination with consultants, and ensuring projects meet quality, functionality, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial and real‑estate projects.
• Prepare and review concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, development regulations and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design‑related issues and monitor execution against approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, material samples and technical submissions.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities and manage design timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and identify design improvements for cost efficiency and aesthetics.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution, preferably in real‑estate or large‑scale developments.
