Site Project Manager

About the role

The Site Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bidar, overseeing interior fit‑out and construction activities from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, manage site teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues, conduct inspections and communicate regularly with designers, clients and vendors.
• Manage material deliveries, control site logistics, update project documentation and report status to senior management to achieve timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Required profile

• Strong project management and expediting experience, with proven ability to plan, coordinate and drive timely completion of site activities.
• Background in logistics management and inspection to verify workmanship, quality and compliance.
• Leadership skills to manage site teams, contractors and subcontractors, coupled with effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities to handle on‑site challenges.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field, and prior experience on interior or construction project sites.
