Senior Android Developer – Assistant Vice President

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer who will also serve as an Assistant Vice President, leading medium‑scale feature development and influencing architectural decisions across the mobile portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver mid‑size Android applications, acting as development lead on medium‑scale projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and new recruits.
• Analyze and troubleshoot coding, performance, and design challenges, conducting root‑cause investigations.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system integration, hardware, OS, and performance requirements are met.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading Android development projects of medium complexity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and validate complex technical information.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy, capable of influencing decisions across teams.
