Senior Salesforce Agentforce Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Sr. Architect for Salesforce Agentforce to design scalable, secure, and resilient customer service solutions that align with enterprise standards and business goals in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce Agentforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce configurations and integrations to improve agent efficiency.
• Create high‑level and low‑level technical designs for Service Cloud and Agentforce capabilities.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external applications using best‑practice approaches.
• Review configurations and customizations to ensure adherence to architecture standards and performance expectations.
• Optimize routing, console layouts, and agent workflows to reduce handling time and improve operational metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years on Salesforce implementations in service and customer engagement domains.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, including console, omni‑channel routing, and case management configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing models, security configuration, and performance tuning for high‑volume service operations.
• Practical experience designing integrations using middleware platforms, REST‑based interfaces, and event‑driven patterns.
