Senior Anaplan Consultant / Solution Architect

About the role

Atlas is looking for an experienced Senior Anaplan Consultant / Solution Architect to partner with business stakeholders in Bangalore. You will design and deliver enterprise Connected Planning solutions across finance, supply chain, sales, workforce planning and operations, driving better decision‑making and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business users to understand planning processes, conduct workshops and translate requirements into scalable Anaplan designs.
• Design end‑to‑end Anaplan architectures, including model structures, data hubs, integrations, security and governance.
• Assess legacy planning tools (Excel, SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Workday Adaptive, etc.) and create migration roadmaps with risk assessments.
• Build enterprise‑grade Anaplan models – lists, modules, line items, actions, processes, UX pages and dashboards.
• Implement data integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory and other platforms.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports and scenario‑analysis tools for board‑level reporting.
• Lead testing, deployment and ALM activities, ensuring model performance and production readiness.
• Provide training, hyper‑care support and mentorship to junior model builders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise planning solutions and 3+ years hands‑on Anaplan implementation experience.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder‑management skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience migrating from legacy planning systems and delivering multiple end‑to‑end Anaplan projects.

• Integration technologies: Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, REST APIs, ETL platforms.
