Senior Analyst, FP&A

About the role

Invesco’s Hyderabad FP&A team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support month‑end close, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will work closely with onsite FP&A counterparts to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide insightful variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities including prepaid review, accounts payable review, general ledger analysis and variance commentaries for revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and adjust forecasts, and develop annual budgets.
• Automate reporting and data visualisation using Power BI and Alteryx.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Full‑time employee willing to work in a hybrid model (minimum three days onsite per week).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
