Finance Automation Specialist

About the role

Invesco’s Global Business Services Finance team in Hyderabad is seeking a Finance Automation Specialist to streamline and standardise finance processes across the enterprise. You will work with cross‑functional finance stakeholders to translate business needs into automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and deliver automation solutions that meet client expectations.
• Lead training sessions and support knowledge transfer for new hires and project teams.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Power Apps.
• Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation and training materials.
• Handle client queries and ad‑hoc requests independently and professionally.
• Identify process gaps, coordinate with stakeholders and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate or MBA in Finance with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with finance automation and visualisation tools.
• Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Alteryx Designer Core certification is mandatory; Power BI and Tableau certifications are desirable.
