Senior Analyst – Deals Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Deals Transaction Services team in Mumbai. You will help leading organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions by providing data‑driven insights and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end deal lifecycle, from origination to execution and post‑deal value capture.
• Analyse large data sets, develop financial models and assess transaction economics.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and recommend improvements to client processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
