Senior Accountant – Manufacturing & Technology

About the role

The Senior Accountant is a full‑time, on‑site position in Jaipur, responsible for managing and overseeing key accounting and financial operations for a leading telematics manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Manage general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring, and cost‑control activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of local and international tax regulations and audit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• Prior senior or lead accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, export/import, or technology‑driven industries.
