Senior Accountant – Finance & Accounts

About the role

Digital Web Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Gurgaon. You will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and produce key MIS reports that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting activities using Tally/ERP systems.
• Prepare and review bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements accurately.
• Record journal entries with appropriate supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly and year‑end closing activities.
• Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
• Handle large volumes of accounting and operational data in Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands‑on, dependable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Strong practical understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
