Senior Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is expanding its Luxury Dining team and is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across 4‑star and 5‑star restaurant partners in Bengaluru. The role focuses on onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships and delivering revenue through advertising and promotional programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard 100‑120 partner accounts, explaining requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Achieve assigned GMV and advertising revenue targets by promoting Dine‑Out plans and offers.
• Maintain and update Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content, ensuring high image coverage and accurate information.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on growth plans, discounts, and advertising benefits.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve operational issues, including payout disputes, to ensure smooth transactions for diners and partners.
• Analyse dashboard data, extract key performance metrics and advise partners on actions to improve conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure partner investments remain competitive in discounts, commissions and ads.
• Liaise with partner support, sales operations and finance teams for discount changes, RDP updates, reconciliation and GST queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account and partner relationship management within the hospitality or digital advertising space.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of restaurant partners and meet revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret dashboard data and translate insights into growth actions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for influencing senior restaurant stakeholders.
• Understanding of Dine‑Out offerings, growth levers and basic restaurant metrics such as operating hours and ad revenue.
