Senior Account Manager – Aviation Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead and expand key customer relationships within the aviation aftermarket sector. Based in Kochi, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service to our strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with sales operations and regional teams to guarantee timely delivery and service‑level commitments.
• Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, B2B sales or business development, preferably at a senior level.
• Track record of managing key or strategic accounts.
• Knowledge of aviation, aerospace, or industrial B2B markets is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kochi in a fast‑paced environment.
