Semiconductor Technical Recruiter (Remote, US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and operates on a US night shift (IST). You will source, assess, and place top talent across a wide range of semiconductor and VLSI disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor and VLSI positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Recruit for roles such as ASIC Design, Physical Design, DFT, FPGA, Analog & Mixed‑Signal, RTL, Embedded Systems, Firmware, SoC, Validation, PCB Hardware, and more.
• Screen resumes and conduct technical pre‑screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong semiconductor talent pipeline.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer roll‑outs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet recruitment KPIs, hiring targets and turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in Semiconductor/VLSI technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for US clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
