Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the security team at our Indore warehouse and plant, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets and materials. You will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing access control, and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security guards across the warehouse premises.
• Control access for employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles, verifying documentation.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems and other security equipment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse, yard and perimeter.
• Investigate incidents such as theft, damage or policy violations and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain daily security logs, incident records and shift handover documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, transport and warehouse teams on material movement.
• Perform surprise checks, security audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Handle emergency situations including fire, accidents and unauthorized entry.
• Liaise with local police, authorities and emergency services when required.
